Shall blog a rather long post since my phone allows me =]
I feel like learning ballet again.

Definition of ballet.
Ballet is a wonderful mixture of a number of ants: dancing, music, drama, poetry and paintings. When they are combined and presented on the stage, you have the art of ballet. It is a highly disciplined stage art, based on a centuries- old tradition of movement.

Why ballet?
Ballet fulfills the natural need to move to music. It develops a sense of movement, rhythm. Appreciation of music, and the meantime helps to coordinate mind and body. Ballet help to improve poor posture . Body control and balance. It is a confidence builder and promotes self-discipline, most importantly it helps our body and emotions.
